2013: For the Love of Food: Stories, Memories & Culture

Food and memories are inextricably linked and viscerally tied. We asked our presenters to share their most compelling food moments, whether they be stories about hunger, desire, memory, or growth. There was René Redzepi’s captivating tale of the best chicken of his life, and our mouths watered and we connected with our own deeply rooted love of food, or Magnus Nilsson’s ode to sustainable consumption, and we remembered why we must protect our food systems.
